Teaching digital technology to improve lives!
The mission of the Technology Learning Center (TLC) is to improve the learning experience of at-risk families through collaborative partnerships that provide increased access to digital technology. TLC is dedicated to advance the effective learning and use of technology to empower at-risk children, youth, adults and seniors in the low-income communities of Washington DC.

The TLC provides a delivery system that uses local community-based organizations to address a variety of technology and other services for at-risk students. By creating a safe and comfortable environment, students will no doubt be attracted to the hands-on, role play, one-on-one learning approach conducted by a unique mix of staff talent.
